ARP main-stud kit for Gen III LS and Chevrolet Performance LSX blocks. Heat-treated 8740 chromoly studs carry a nominal 200,000-psi tensile rating.
 
The stronger fasteners clamp the main caps to help resist cap movement and fretting around the crankshaft. The kit covers the inner and outer main studs, side bolts, and windage-tray nuts, replacing the bottom-end fasteners as a set.
 
Heat-treated 8740 chromoly studs. 200,000-psi tensile rating. Inner studs 4.770 inches long; outer studs 4.550 inches long. Main studs, nuts, M8 side bolts, windage-tray nuts, and Ultra-Torque assembly lubricant included. Part 234-5608.
