ARP Pro Series hex-nut head-stud kit for 2003-and-earlier Gen III LS engines. Heat-treated 8740 chromoly studs are rated at 200,000 psi.
 
Hex nuts give a six-point socket access during head installation. The studs use the early-LS fastener lengths, while hardened washers spread the clamp load against the head to support the gasket seal.
