Before ordering and installation
Inspect the original spring-pocket welds and repair deficient welds as the manual directs before loading the coil-over mounts.
Enlarge the upper hole to 3/4 inch and trim the flange toward the engine for mounting clearance. Lower spacers and mounting bolts come with the separate StrongArms.
Check spring and arm clearance through full suspension travel. Set the spring seats using the exact instructions with the complete vehicle at operating weight.
Begin rebound tuning with the exact REV3 manual's 12-click baseline; verify ride-height travel and obtain a wheel alignment. Spring rate alone does not establish suitability for every engine or vehicle weight.
