Running 15-inch wheels?
Wilwood 140-7675-D has black four-piston Forged Dynalite calipers and 12.19-inch drilled and slotted rotors. A 15-inch wheel doesn't guarantee clearance. Check the barrel and spokes with the template first.
Match the application
The manufacturer lists specific factory GM spindle applications plus specific Ridetech Pin Spindle conversions. Keep the original disc/drum and trim conditions with the exact vehicle row. Listed Ford/Mercury applications require Ridetech Pin Spindles, not original Ford spindles. Other aftermarket spindles remain unconfirmed.
What comes in the kit
Black powder-coated Forged Dynalite four-piston calipers, 12.19 x 0.81-inch iron SRP drilled/slotted rotors with black electrocoat, and a BP-10 pad axle set.
The hub kit includes the listed hubs, rotor adapters, mounting brackets, bearing cones, grease seals, spindle washers, dust caps/O-rings, wheel studs and assembly/shim hardware. Check the actual box against the instruction-sheet parts list; caliper/rotor finish options are not all included at once.
Hubs provide 5 x 4.50-inch and 5 x 4.75-inch bolt circles with 1/2-20 studs. Choose the pattern that matches the wheels.
Before it leaves the bench
DS-448 identifies original spindles that need anchor-hole drill/tap work and a 0.50-inch lower spindle/steering-arm hole. Qualified machining may be necessary. Check front/rear bracket placement against the steering arm and use the disc-spindle spacer/bolt arrangement only where specified.
The hub offset moves each wheel 0.19 inch outward. Recheck tire/fender clearance and wheel position on both sides.
Some 15-inch wheels may fit, but diameter alone is insufficient. Use the exact wheel-clearance template and maintain at least 0.080 inch between wheel and caliper everywhere.
Wheel contact surfaces must seat completely on the hub face. Overhanging contact surfaces require separate 300-11961 steel spacers (6.60-inch diameter x 0.20-inch thick). For stamped-steel wheels without overhang, Wilwood recommends separate 300-10716 hub shields (6.15-inch diameter x 0.09-inch thick).
Flexlines are not included and OEM lines will not adapt to these calipers. Wilwood lists separate front line kit 220-7056; verify routing and suspension/steering clearance. Retain suitable OE spindle nuts/nut locks and supply new spindle cotter pins, which are not included.
Check bracket/caliper alignment, full bolt engagement through clinch nuts, bearing adjustment and wheel seating. Have an experienced brake installer confirm the master-cylinder/brake-bias combination, then bleed, bed and test the system before road use. These are traditional non-ABS spindle applications; ABS compatibility is not asserted.
