Wilwood D154 rear disc-brake and parking-brake kit for the large Chevy C10 axle flange with a 2.42-inch axle offset. This is the five-lug C10/C15 truck setup with black dual-piston calipers and 12.19-inch rotors.
 
The floating D154 calipers handle the service brakes, while separate internal shoes hold the truck when parked. The shoes sit inside the rotor hats, keeping the parking-brake mechanism tucked behind the discs. Plain-face, 32-vane iron rotors provide the friction surface and cooling passages.
